What is rakeback and how can I get it?

When you play poker for real money on any online poker room a fee is taken from each pot which normally is from 3-5% of each pot. This fee is called the rake and while the cost may seem very small, for someone who plays hours of poker each month the rake will accumulate quickly and add up to hundreds to thousands of dollars each month.
